Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AISHMAD INTEGRITY NIGERIA LIMITED, operating as SafeMove ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, installing the SafeMove hardware in your vehicle, or utilizing the Command App and SOS wearables, you explicitly agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the ecosystem.
1. Scope of the SafeMove Ecosystem
SafeMove provides an intelligent hardware and software safety ecosystem designed to connect vehicles, drivers, and wearables to emergency help. The ecosystem includes:
- In-vehicle edge processing nodes (cameras, telemetry sensors).
- Long-range (up to 10km) SOS wearables.
- The SafeMove Command App for remote monitoring and alert management.
- Cloud infrastructure for emergency event dispatching.
You acknowledge that SafeMove is a supplemental security tool. While it significantly enhances personal and vehicle safety, it does not replace the need for prudent personal security measures, nor does it guarantee absolute safety against all physical harm or theft.
2. Responsible Use and False Alarms
The integrity of the SafeMove network relies on accurate SOS triggers. You agree to use the emergency dispatch features responsibly.
- Deliberate False Alarms: You agree not to deliberately, maliciously, or repeatedly trigger false SOS alerts. Intentional abuse strains emergency responder resources. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be maliciously abusing the SOS feature, and you may be held financially liable for costs incurred by dispatched private security or municipal services.
- Accidental Triggers: In the event of an accidental trigger, you must use the cancellation protocol via the Command App or authorized voice command within the designated grace period.
3. Service Reliability & Offline Capabilities
We have engineered SafeMove to be "Edge-ready" and highly resilient, specifically tailored for areas with unstable internet connectivity.
However, we do not guarantee 100% continuous uptime. The system's ability to transmit cloud alerts is dependent on external factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Availability of cellular (GSM/LTE) network coverage.
- GPS satellite visibility (which can be obscured in deep underground parking or tunnels).
- Physical destruction of the SafeMove hardware during a catastrophic crash or by malicious actors.
- Extreme environmental conditions or electrical interference.
4. Hardware Installation and Maintenance
To ensure system integrity, SafeMove hardware must be installed by a certified SafeMove technician or an authorized partner garage.
- Unauthorized Tampering: We are not liable for system failures, vehicle electrical damage, or voided vehicle warranties resulting from unauthorized tampering, modification, or self-installation of the core vehicle module.
- Maintenance: You are responsible for ensuring the SOS wearable is charged and that the vehicle battery maintains sufficient voltage to power the edge node.
5. Legal and Ethical Use
You agree to use the SafeMove system strictly in accordance with local laws.
You explicitly agree not to use the SafeMove ecosystem to illegally surveil, track, or record individuals without their knowledge and consent, where such consent is required by law. SafeMove is for the protection of the registered driver and vehicle occupants; it is not a tool for espionage or unauthorized stalking.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain premium features—such as continuous cloud event storage, multi-vehicle fleet management dashboards, and priority dispatch to private security firms—require an active subscription.
Subscription fees are billed automatically based on your selected tier. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in the immediate deactivation of cloud-dependent safety features. We will attempt to notify you via the Command App before any service degradation occurs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AISHMAD INTEGRITY NIGERIA LIMITED, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, physical injury, loss of life, or property damage resulting from an emergency event, crash, or criminal attack—even if the SafeMove system was active and failed to transmit an alert, or if emergency responders failed to arrive in time.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
AISHMAD INTEGRITY NIGERIA LIMITED and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. Before pursuing formal litigation, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith.
